Print and Mail - All Encompassing Management of Documents

Microgen has over 15 years' experience in helping customers across a variety of industry sectors to manage the printing, enclosing and despatching of their documents.

Microgen uses high-speed, double-sided, cut sheet laser printers to provide superior quality and flexibility of documents. Microgen use computer controlled mailing machines to enclose document packages of up to 50 sheets per pack. Where documents exceed this or the Mail provider weight limit, documents are enveloped manually. Microgen operates a Mail provider account on behalf of each client ensuring correct charging and quick receipt of discounts. Microgen also currently dispatch worldwide to a number of clients.

All of Microgen's electronic services are based at and managed from the Welwyn Garden City site and backup daily at a secondary site in Heathrow. In the event of a disaster at either site, services will continue as normal.
